Snowy Country!

The CowFunders were joined at Canberra by Dr Steve Golding, who jumped off the early flight from Melbourne and straight onto a bicycle for the ride up the Monaro Highway to Cooma.

A pleasant tailwind followed the riders up the valley alongside the Murrumbidgee until the first rain fell on the expeditioners after Bredbo.

Taking their inspiration from the good doctor, the team finished out strongly the 116km journey from the nation’s capital, in time for a fine meal and an early night at the Royal Hotel in Cooma.
